$20 Makeup Challenge!!!

Hi guys, currently I am in France!! But I uploaded my new video '$20 Makeup Challenge' and I wanted to do a more in-depth review on the products I bought for the video!

I wasn't expecting these products to be the best things out there but thought some of them would be OK. I was pleased with some of them and not with others!

 This is the blush i got and it was quite cheap £3.09 and I actually really like this blush! the color is so nice and I wasn't expecting it to be that pigmented and when applied with a brush you can see the two tones in it really well and it turns out so pretty. I don't like the packaging on it however, the lid just pushes down over it and doesn't screw on so if you were travelling with this and it cracked it would likely spill over everything!

 This lipgloss is another product that i really enjoy, it's such a nice color and smells really nice, it's very pigmented and the packaging is nice enough aswell! And it was only £2.99!! The downside of this lipgloss is that it's a little sticky and your hair can get stuck in it sometimes. 

 Thought that this eyeshadow trio was ok, not amazing but ok. The color pay off was good in the darkest shade and in the highlight shade but the all over the lid colour wasn't the greatest. This was the most expensive product and was £6.49

 I did not like this mascara, it did nothing to my lashes apart from darken them, but it didn't add volume or length, I wasn't expecting it to be amazing either because it was only £1.99. It's very basic and would be handy if you were on holiday and lost your makeup bag and needed to get something cheap just for the time being? 

Didn't really like this foundation either.. the coverage was light-medium if not just light. It definitely doesn't last up to 14 hours either and was just too sheer, but perfect if you don't like wearing heavy foundation and wan't something to reduce redness and uneven skin tone maybe? This was only £3.99

HAIR DYE FAIL!

Hey Guys!
Today i decided to re-dye my hair. I've had it dark for a while now and since it was summer i wanted to go lighter again, but go dark again once summer was over. I bought hair dye today which was in the shade 'ash blonde', i didn't want my hair to be that color but i knew that it would never turn out that light anyway so i bought it. I was kind of scared incase it turned out really blonde or really ginger but i decided i would do it anyway. I filmed the process for my vlog channel so i will probably upload that video tomorrow, but here's what happened = NOTHING!
There is basically no difference in my hair color and if any it got darker! It was such a waste of money, and i know that you get what you pay for but i didn't want to go to a salon and pay £100+ on it if i was going to dye it darker again anyway but still!

 This is the dye that i bought, i know it looks really light but i knew it would never turn out like that anyway!

This is after i dyed my hair and you can tell there is barely any difference! it looks a bit darker and it looks like it has less gingerish tones in it but its definitely not blonder! 
I don't hate the color of it actually i can of think it suits me, but its not what i was looking for but i can live with it and i don't think ill redye it for a while but who knows!

Where have you been?

Hey Everyone! 
I am so sorry i haven't done a blog post in so long, i completely forgot! 
Im going to start posting more frequently on this because i think it's a really easy way to talk to you guys :)
I wanted to post on this regularly, but i got really stuck for ideas.. 
leave suggestions for me on what to do, reviews? ootd? booklissas? recommendations?
I honestly have no clue on what to post on this so i would really like it if you guys could help me out! maybe ill do a new post tomorrow!

Review: L'OREAL HIP JELLY BALM

      

Hey Guys! So today I'm going to be doing a review on the ' L'oreal Hip Jelly Balm ', I was going to do a video on it but I thought that doing a blog post would be easier :) anyway, so I just want to say that I actually really like this, I love the color pay off, for a lip balm its really pigmented, and it last on my lips for a good couple of hours. However, there is one thing that I HATE about it, the SCENT. Ugh, i hate it soo much, i think it smells like...i don't know what, but its not nice at all... my friend has this as well and she thinks that it smells like vanilla..i do not think so at all.. the scent isn't that strong but you do get a scent from it throughout the day and when your applying it and i find myself putting another lip balm on top of it sometimes just to mask the scent.I don't really like the packaging that much, i mean its ok but it's not really my favorite and theres not that much product compared to the size of the container (but the product lasts for like ever). But all in all I definitely love this product, it's cheap and good quality, it comes in a variety of shades and has a really good color pay off and i would definitely repurchase this!

 So this is what it looks like on your lips, its build-able, so you can put it on sheer if you want or you can go all out with it :)

 I got mine in the shade 'delectable' which is a really pretty red.

Anyway, should i do mini reviews like this on my blog? or should i just make a video about it, or both! let me know down in the comments! thanks :)

Outfit Of The Day

I just posted an outfit of the day, and i thought this would be a good way of showing you which products I used and  stuff. In this post I'm just going to be showing you what makeup i wore in the video because you can see what i wore in the video, but maybe in the future ill do some outfits of the day on this instead of doing a full video? So this is the nail polish i wore, its super pretty and matched my outfit perfectly, in the video i said i didn't know the name of it but i found out that it's called 'dark denim' which is funny because my outfit consisted of mostly denim materials! I love this color and its a really good polish.

 

 This is my new favorite foundation, as some of you may know i picked this up for the fist time recently and I've really been loving it, it goes on super nice and i love the consistency, color and coverage. I have it in the shade 'NW15'

 This is the color of lipstick i had on in the video, its SOO pretty but its really dark on the lip, so i put it on really sheer and then topped it off with a clear gloss. It's Chanel 'Gypsy' and I think I'll be wearing this more often!

 Ignore the dirty packaging, it was my moms but she didn't want it and said i could have it and she keeps all her makeup in one bag so everything kind of gets everywhere! 

Everyone knows this is my favorite gel liner! Its smashbox, in the color 'midnight black' i've had this for almost a year now and it hasn't dried out and I only about a quarter of it is used up!

 These are my two everyday eyeshadows that i wear! The one on the right is Honey Lust By MAC and on the left is Retrospec. I wear retrospec on my lip and i put honey lust in my crease and i love the look of it!

Hey Everyone, so i decided to start a blog! 

I think it will be easier to interact with you guys and stuff, like i can post pictures of things and close ups of some products i like or show in my videos. I don't know how this is going to turn out or if I'm even going to keep doing a blog but ill never know unless i try!
